Eloy Martinez is among the most recognizable faces at Kenny Electric. He often appears in newsletter photos, delivering a white hat to a new Foreman, speaking to students at a job fair, or jumping in a pool for Special Olympics.  So, Dave Pavelka and Rachael Dina felt it was high time to honor him, and recently surprised him with a Blue Chip Award for his tireless contribution to supporting people throughout the company.  Eloy puts others first, pitching in whenever and wherever he’s needed.  He also continues to reach for excellence by choosing not to remain complacent in his role, but by continuously seeking ways to surpass expectations. Eloy was instrumental to the development of Kenny’s Core Values, voicing his mantras of sincerity, family, community, and excellence as key pillars.
