Despite a tight schedule and complex installation process, we successfully completed the project within a $1.4MM budget. Challenges were met with solutions through proactive collaboration with Swinerton, overcoming extended equipment lead times and intricate installations. Unique to this project was the presence of a tenant during the majority of the job, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruption. Our core values of safety and quality were at the forefront throughout the project, resulting in a minimal punch list at completion and a high-quality installation we were proud to hand over.
